Teds has be in existence for decades now and like most San Diego riding areas has changed faces over the years. Once home to some 50ft sand bag double Teds used to be a popular place for San Diego locals to get laps on heavy, dual crown, 26″ DH bikes. Like most fun things like this in SD all good things come to an end. Also like most other San Diego rising locations it has had its use issues over the years but ultimately has prevailed.
